Kentucky State Police say a Whitley County teacher and baseball coach was arrested after he reportedly shared nude photos with two female students. Troopers said they received a complaint from a school resource officer about 39-year-old Lioney Henriquez. An arrest citation states nude images were exchanged on several occasions. According to the citation, Henriquez admitted to touching the two minors inappropriately and even offered to meet with them at a hotel. Henriquez has been charged with nine counts of promoting a sexual performance by a minor under the age of 18. The charge is a Class-C felony punishable by five to ten years in prison. Henriquez was also charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means. The charges are Class-D felonies punishable by one to five years in prison. Henriquez was lodged in the Whitley County Detention Center.
