Woman Arrested in Pulaski County After Deadly Crash

Kentucky State Police say one person is dead after a two-vehicle crash just after midnight on Sunday. Troopers say the crash happened on US 27 and East Frog Hollow Road in Pulaski County. Investigators say 19-year-old Kayleigh Dismuke, of Eubank, was driving a Jeep Wrangler northbound and hit a moped driven by 31-year-old Dino Collins of Cincinnati, Ohio in the rear. Collins was taken to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital by Pulaski County EMS where he was pronounced dead. Troopers say alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash. Dismuke was arrested and charged vehicular homicide, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a vehicle and others.
