The Williamsburg Police Department says officers arrested a man following an incident where he reportedly assaulted a woman. Police say 52-year-old Wade Rains, of Williamsburg, was charged with assault – domestic violence. Investigators say the woman was seriously injured. Her current condition was not reported. Rains was lodged in the Whitley County Detention Center.
