Kentucky State Police say a man accused of shooting two people in Knox County has been arrested in Floyd County. Troopers say 39-year-old Donald Napier is waiting to be taken back to Knox County. Napier is charged with two counts of first-degree assault. The incident happened Saturday morning near the Lynn Camp community. Officials say he shot into a car as it was traveling down Lynn Camp Hollow Road. The two people shot, Jonathan Barrett and April Barrett, were flown to a Tennessee hospital, but police said one person was released and the other is expected to be released in a few days.
