Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones says three people were arrested during a traffic stop. Deputies said they noticed a pickup speeding on Highway 90 with no tail lights. When they tried to pull the truck over, it turned onto Jacksboro Road. Police say the driver, later identified as 33-year-old Justin Stigall, hung out of the window as he continued to drive. The truck eventually stopped, where deputies saw that there were children inside that were not properly restrained. During the roadside investigation, police learned that Stigall’s license was suspended, and there was no insurance on the truck. Two passengers, 26-year-old Alison Fuson and 38-year-old Melissa Payne, were determined to have active warrants. One of the passengers reportedly told deputies that Stigall gave her a plastic bag with a crystal-like substance inside. A search of the truck turned up items commonly used to smoke meth. All three were lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
