Pulaski County Man Charged After His Trap Damages Deputies Cruiser

Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones says a Bronston man has been arrested after an incident where a deputy was trying to serve him with an emergency protective order. As the deputy pulled into the driveway to serve 56-year-old Christian Paulk, the front tires on the deputy’s vehicle was damaged after crossing over hidden planks with nails sticking up. The value of the damage was over $600. A warrant was filed for Paulk, charging him with criminal mischief and possession of a destructive device or booby trap device. Paulk was brought into custody on his warrant and lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
