Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones says a man is in custody after the issuance of an arrest warrant. Deputies took 45-year-old Bobby Burton Jr. into custody at his place of employment and charged him with trafficking in marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, cultivating marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest stems from an incident in May, where police were called to a shots fired complaint at Burton’s residence. At the scene they did not find anyone but found an indoor marijuana farm. After a search warrant was secured, the residence was searched and marijuana, methamphetamine, 12 firearms, and $8,000 dollars in cash were found. Burton was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
