The London Police Department is reporting Sgt. Wade Mitchell made an arrest in a theft case. Police took 27-year-old Brandon Isom into custody after he was identified in a theft case that happened at Harbor Freight. Police said they found Isom in the southern part of the county. Isom was charged with shoplifting and five other theft warrants. He was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
