Laurel County Sheriff John Root says Deputy Daniel Reed was dispatched to Guy Green Road where a man was reportedly under the influence. Deputy Reed arrived to find 43-year-old Christopher Collins in the roadway stumbling and struggling to keep his balance. During the investigation he was determined to be under the influence. Collins was arrested and charged with public intoxication – controlled substances and lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
