Laurel County Sheriff John Root reports K-9/Sgt. Gary Mehler caught up to a wanted man. 36-year-old Zachary Shane Morgan, of Keavy, was taken into custody off Rooks Branch Road, about 9 miles South of London. He was charged on a Knox District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. Morgan was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
