Laurel County Sheriff John Root says Deputy Tommy Houston and London Police Sgt. Troy Truitt were called out to the Wren Road area where an unclothed man was reportedly going door to door. Police found 66-year-old Millard Smith on Mystic Lane, who initially gave officers false identifying information. During the investigation, police determined his real identity and that he was wanted on an outstanding warrant for fleeing or evading police and wanton endangerment. Smith was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, public intoxication – controlled substances, criminal trespassing and giving officers false identifying information. He was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
