Kentucky State Police troopers are looking for a man who is wanted for escaping from a detention center. Troopers describe 41-year-old Justin Whitt as being 6′2 with brown eyes and brown hair. Whitt reportedly escaped the Rockcastle County Detention Center. He was originally arrested on several charges including fleeing and evading police and several drug charges.
