Troopers with Kentucky State Police Post 11 in London have asked for help in a case where an off-duty police officer reportedly ran into a child in Pulaski County, resulting in the child’s death. Troopers have requested KSP’s Critical Incident Response Team to continue the investigation into a crash involving a Lancaster Police Department vehicle. Anyone who may have witnessed the off-road motorcycle being operated by the child or the Lancaster Police Department vehicle, a Dodge Durango, on or near U.S. 27 near Old Norwood Road in Pulaski County is encouraged to call 502-782-1847.
