Finger Lickin’ Chicken Week is returning to Corbin after taking a year off. Maggie Monhollen, Director of Corbin Tourism and Convention Commission, said last year was canceled because of high prices and the limited supply of chicken. She said this year is a good time to bring it back. She said it’s a great tie-in to the home of Kentucky Fried Chicken while also promoting local restaurants.
