A Grand Jury in Williamsburg has charged 24-year-old Tanner Petrey on 32 counts of distribution of a matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance. These charges stem from Petrey’s arrest on June 27th. The distribution allegedly took place between April 2023 and June 2024 in Whitley County. Petrey was also charged with three counts of possession or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor in July of 2018. He was also charged with one count of unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual conduct. That charge stems from May 2018 when he knowingly and unlawfully used a cellular device to induce a 14 year old to engage in sexual activity.
