Police in Corbin say a man was arrested after he reportedly sexually assaulted a nine year old girl. Officers arrested 47-year-old Terry Blevins, of Corbin, after they were dispatched to Corbin Hospital for an assault. The victim told police that Blevins had assaulted her on multiple occasions. Blevins has been charged with first degree rape and first degree sodomy. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
