The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says a traffic stop in the Antioch community resulted in a drug arrest. Deputies pulled the car over because it had expired tags. The driver, Hudson Ramsey also had no insurance. During the stop deputies also noticed a baggie, which was found to contain a white powdery substance, being thrown out of the car. During a search, police found a backpack containing approximately 40 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 38 grams of suspected marijuana, a handgun and an AR-15. Both the methamphetamine and marijuana were packaged in individual baggies. The backpack was determined to belong to passenger, Tony Collins. Collins was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, trafficking in marijuana, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Collins was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center. Ramsey was not arrested at the time, but the investigation is ongoing.
