Congressman Hal Rogers announced Andrea Begley as the new Deputy District Director for Kentucky’s Fifth Congressional District. Begley is a lifelong resident of Leslie County and has been a Field Representative in Eastern Kentucky since August 2016. Congressman Rogers said Andrea’s new elevated role is a reflection of her hard work and dedication to the people of Southern and Eastern Kentucky. Our local leaders know and trust her when they need assistance with federal issues and major community projects. Begley is based in Congressman Rogers’ Hazard Office where she will continue to work with other field staff.
