Crews were called out to a fire in Clay County. City of Manchester Fire Department officials were notified by Clay County E-911 of the house fire on Highway 1524 in the Goose Rock and Bright Shade communities. The fire destroyed the home. There were no injuries reported from the incident. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
