Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones says deputies were called out to a home on Dustin Lane after a woman called police saying her ex-boyfriend, 23-year-old Thomas Stogsdill, assaulted her, put a gun to her head and would not let her leave. The woman was eventually able to get away from Stogsdill and called police. After a warrant was issued for Stogsdill, deputies went to his home in Eubank. Witnesses reportedly told deputies they watched Stogsdill go into the home before they arrived. Deputies say Stogsdill refused to come out. Officers eventually got inside the home and found him hiding. During his arrest deputies found suspected drugs in his pockets. Stogsdill was charged with wanton endangerment, assault and kidnapping. Drug charges are pending. Stogsdill was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
